Yes. It is a 250W electric bike whose motor stops assisting at 15.5 mph, which makes it an EAPC — legally a bicycle. - Hold the + and − buttons together for a couple of seconds to open the P-settings.
- P8 sets the speed limit (default 25 km/h) — raise it to lift the cap.
